About the event
No Pack Media, LTD is launching 5 Seconds, a weekend of flat track roller derby clinics and mixers for JRDA and WFTDA skaters, August 7-9, 2026 in Akron, Ohio. Pre-registration is currently open by invitation only. Registration cost will open to the general public on February 2, 2026.

DETAILS:
Each skater will be guaranteed three scrimmages over two days, as well as a full day of clinic opportunities.
OFFICIAL CLINIC LEADERS:
** Remaining clinic leaders are to be announced as commitment contracts are established. If you are interested in hosting a clinic, please let us know.

This registration is good for one adult weekend admission to participate in three mixer bouts and all adult clinic opportunities. You must be at least 18 years old to register as an adult skater. Verification will be required at check in.

JRDA L3 Skater Registration

This registration is good for one junior weekend admission to participate in three L3 mixer bouts and all juniors clinic opportunities. Bench coaches reserve the right to bench anyone who is not able to safely participate with L3 contact. You should have been cleared to play L3 by your coaches before registering. JRDA charters will be referenced. Sign up is at your discretion. Your birthday must be on or after 9/1/2007 to participate as a JRDA skater. Verification will be required at check in.
